Time – Need An Extra Hour A Day?

Time is money; for the Small Business owner truer words have never been spoken. From salesperson, to customer service and operations manager, shipping agent, business development and marketer, janitor and pooper-scooper, and to wearing the CEO or President’s cap; the time a Small Business owner spends at his day job can be down right colossal.

Additionally, the average Business Owner has a life outside his business. If he or she is not careful, family life can suffer from all the time spent at the office and filling all the roles they need to fill. So how does one get it all done? How do you go about getting that extra hour of day to handle everything that comes up? What would you do with that extra hour a day?

From a banking perspective, a good bank and banker can help. Is your bank high tech and your banker high touch? Do they have all the latest banking products and services? Can you call up your banker directly; do you have his or her cell phone number? Or does he or she make you call the customer service number because they don’t handle that or that’s not their department, worse yet they pass you off. If you’ve receive that response before, move your money! It’s not worth spending 20 to 30 minutes going through menu options, talking with  a few of different people just to get some checks ordered, a fee waived, or a problem handled.

With tools like remote deposit, online banking, online bill pay, cash management, merchant card services, mobile banking, and a slew of other services; your bank could be able to giving you that extra hour a day you need to run the IT department, HR, payroll, courier service, and all the other things tugging at your time. Lastly, a great banker is worth their weight in gold if they can take issues away from you and get them handled in a timely and efficient manner. By the way, I’m that guy!
